The Process to create Virtual Tours. The first step is the photography:

Using special equipment and lenses, our photographers take a series of still images with the camera mounted on its side on a tripod. They setup the tripod and camera in the best viewing spot available. (This is generally in the middle of the room.) Using the bubble levels on our rotator to level, the camera is properly setup front to back and side to side. They start taking photos of the real estate property or business from left to right. The whole process could take from 10 to 25 minutes. Once they finish, they will move to the next scene to repeat this step.

Second step: post-production:

Once they finish with all the scenes, and return to the office, the post-production process start. All the images from the same scene are upload to the computer, and using a special software, they will be stitched to create a panoramic image.

Once the panoramic image is ready, this one is used by another software to create the virtual tour. Depending of the customer requirements, the tour is customized with additional features such as voice-overs, music, floor plans, banners, contact info, videos, scene descriptions, video clips, and others.
